    Government of Orandan. The members of the council were usually the Covents. The head families were the ones given the chance to work with high ranks. While some of the lower families may work at all classes.

     Being part of the council was required for a Covent to pass the Official Test for four consecutive times given by the higher ups every year. Anyone could join without age requirement. It was in their history that a twelve- year- old passed and completed the test at that age. However, the start of service must be at the age of twenty. 

Objective and Responsibilities: To promote orderliness and manage Orandan at it's possible state

    Temple Tower - highest decision-making body.

    Class S Officers
     Serves as judge of all transactions in Orandan which composed of 24 members

    Class A Officers
     Second to Class S which  help them in decision-making; consisted of 84 members

    Class B Officers
     The law-making body that consisted of 230 members. They propose laws and send to the Judgment Hall for approval.

    The Highest Officials were met in promotion in terms years in service.

    Lower Officers
      Those working inside and outside the templetower, usually responsible for transaction between the government and the citizens.
