     They were the elite of sorcerers with experience. It was a group of veterans responsible for the development of the region.

     A veteran was considered as sorcerer with long experience in an occupation and skills. Usually, fifty years of continuous practice. Also, those who stayed in continuous practice and service under Lidow Departments for thirty five years could be part of the organization.

Objective and Responsibilities: To execute orders, judge matters, and guide the development and overall condition of Lidow

Chief Commander
     Handles the last decision for complicated matters. Any plans and predicaments concerning Lidow usually passed the Chief Commander's Office.

Department Representatives
     They were the commander of the four departments in Lidow. They were also considered as negotiators between the higher and lower rank officials, and the decision head of their department.

Board 
     Composition of retired sorcerers in practice. They sworn to inquire into a matter submitted to them and give their verdict. The jury passed any difficult matters with their judgment to the Chief Commander for further analysis and verification.
