Divisions:
Judiciary Division
Division concerning the law and justice. It was the judgment ground for both minor and major cases.
Legislative Division
Responsible for making and enacting laws. Propositions of the members of this division were passed directly to the board of The Elders and the Chief Head for confirmation.
Objective: To control civil conduct with the laws created under the constitution

Ranks:
Commander
Also known as the Department Representative. The commander handles matters in his department and gain access to The Elders if the matters were difficult and unsolved.
Chief Officer
The chief handles matters of the department mainly at their groundwork, and then, the branches of the department.
Supervising Officer
Supervised the conditions of the districts in Lidow by the reports of the District Head. He has direct access with the Chief Officer.
District Head
One holds the department's institutions in his district.
Institution Head Officer
One who operates the institution in a specific place.
Staff
Those who worked under the department's Institution Head. They may implement their own ranking depending on the institution's protocols.
Student Department Head
One responsible of their department in the school. The head received information and gave tasks to his year representatives. He has direct access to the Department Commander.
Year Representatives
There were four levels in schooling with one representative in each level. They have access with the student department head.
